Introducing Trilaterals

In this chapter we will deal with trilateral rhythms playing your left hand, right hand, bass drum and hi-hat simultaneously in 4/4 rhythms or simultaneously in 3 different time signatures.  First 3, 4 & 7, then 3, 4, 5 and finally 4, 5, & 7, forming many different polyrhythms.

Each trilateral is written out in its entirety like th bilaterals in the previous chapters so they may be a little easier to learn.  The following are some of my favorite rhythms that I have played in different solos.  Take them slow.  They can get tricky.
