Well, I'm here in the desert
Just me and my horse
Right next to a cactus
in the desert of course
I'm all alone in the desert
I'm a riding my horse!
At night in the desert in the cool moonlight
When the tumbleweeds pass me into the night
I'm feeling alone
But I guess its all right!
Cause in the desert when you're all alone
Without a radio or a telephone
Sometimes you feel as though you've gotta talk to a friend (heh heh hem..)
You only have the horse yore with for company
I'm not complainin' but at times it can get kinky
And I think about you all of the time uts sublime (hi hi hime)
And I really think you've got a nice figure
But I'm stranded in the desert here with Trigger
And I wish that you could be here with me, just us three (Hee hee hee)
Well they say Will Rogers was a happy man
But he and Wild Bill Hitchcock would surely understand
That being stranded in the desert can be hard
On a horse's can... (Oh...Wilber).
Cause in the desert when you're all alone
Without a radio or a telephone
Sometimes you feel as though you've gotta talk to a friend (heh heh hem..)
You only have the horse yore with for company
I'm not complainin but at times it can get kinky
And I think about you all of the time uts sublime (hi hi hime)
And I really think you've got a nice figure
But I'm stranded in the desert here with Trigger
And I wish that you could be here with me, just us three (Hee hee hee)
